STEEL DOOR FEATURES

Our doors are clad in 22- or 24-gauge hot-dip galvanized steel. This cladding is folded at 90° at the top and bottom, for more precise assembly and greater rigidity of the door panel. The center of the door panel is insulated with rigid polyurethane foam. This technique offers a low insulation coefficient of R-11.69. The door panels are secured with a protective vinyl strip, ensuring minimum maintenance of your steel door.

The bottom rails of the doors are made of a composite that resists mildew and prevents moisture damage, and the door panels have added rigidity, thanks to kiln-dried stiles and rails made of finger-jointed pine. What’s more, these doors feature a 3” x 18” wooden lock block for added security and solid support for any type of door handle.
